Activate credits can pay for Claude on Amazon Bedrock.
Self-funded startups start at $1,000, and some reach $5,000 over time. The $200,000 tier needs an Org ID from an Activate Provider such as an accelerator or VC, and AI startups can be invited to larger packages. You’ll need a working website, an email on your company domain and an AWS account on a paid plan.
